U-Club met every Friday from 3:30-5:30 p.m. up until March 20. 2020. As the pandemic reached Illinois, ISU wisely instituted the safest mitigation practices available. All University Club in-person meetings were cancelled. For the remainder of the Fall semester and for all forthcoming semesters until the pandemic abates, we have changed our speaker and meeting to Zoom formats at a reduced schedule. The specific dates and times will be posted on the University Club Calendar webpage.
You do not need to be a member to attend our meetings, to hear our guest speakers and enjoy informal relaxing chats with your colleagues. However, we welcome memberships since it helps us meet our expenses and allows you to participate as an officer that guides our activities and programs. At present the dues are $20 per year. Additional voluntary donations are always welcome. If you are in your first year as a faculty or staff member, there are no membership fees and you may join and participate as a full member.
Please fill out and submit the form below or email the President (Bob Preston rlpresto@ilstu.edu) and identify your affiliation with the University, email address and Department. All faculty, staff, administrative professionals, civil service staff and annuitants are welcome. As a member you will have the opportunity to participate in our governance.
