U-Club meets every Friday from 3:30-5:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semesters with the exception of academic holidays. The guest speakers talk at 4:30 p.m. For the Academic Year 2017-18 the Discussion Hours are held in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center while the Bone Student Center is undergoing remodeling (with the exception being that for October 6 the meeting will be held in the Atrium in the Bone Student Center. Specific dates and program titles can be found on the calendar.
How much does it cost to sign up for U-Club?
You do not need to be a member to attend our meetings, to hear our guest speakers or to enjoy snacks and informal relaxing chats with your colleagues. However, we welcome memberships since it helps us meet our expenses and allows you to participate as an officer that guides our activities and programs. At present the dues are $20 per year. Additional voluntary donations are always welcome. If you are in your first year as a faculty or staff member, there are no membership fees and you may join and participate as a full member.
How do I sign up?
Please fill out and submit the form below or email the President (Bob Preston firstname.lastname@example.org) and identify your affiliation with the University, email address and Department. All faculty, staff, administrative professionals, civil service staff and annuitants are welcome. As a member you will have the opportunity to participate in our governance.
